For orders shipped within the United States or Canada, use the step-by-step instructions below to return by mail:If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please take pictures and contact us right away with your name and order number. Online purchases may not be exchanged by mail.If the reason for your return of a used item is that you have a negative experience with that item, we will need the details of your experience to process your refund. We cannot process refunds on used items based on scent dissatisfaction. Not liking a scent is not an acceptable reason for return on a used product. Please sniff your product long and deep before you use it to determine if you like the smell or not, then decide if you wish to return it.
